Deployment Officer – Single Data Entry (SDE) Program

About the role

The Deployment Officer will lead the rollout of the Single Data Entry (SDE) program across field missions, ensuring technical readiness and user adoption. This position blends on‑site deployment, remote coordination, and capacity‑building to support health supply‑chain operations in complex humanitarian settings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate pre‑deployment readiness checklists for target missions and verify site readiness (pharmacies, warehouses, etc.).
• Conduct on‑site deployment activities, including user onboarding, Go‑Live support, and immediate troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with field leadership, IT, and supply teams to secure resources and achieve deployment readiness.
• Facilitate change‑management initiatives to drive stakeholder engagement and user buy‑in.
• Deliver in‑person trainings and webinars, and run Training‑of‑Trainers workshops to build local capacity.
• Monitor adoption metrics, report key deployment KPIs, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, IT Systems, Pharmacy Stock/Warehouse Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project deployment of digital tools, preferably in humanitarian or field environments.
• Minimum 1 year of MSF field experience in supply‑chain, logistics or pharmacy operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex roll‑outs and change‑management processes.
