Design Specialist (Tech)

About the role

We are looking for a Design Specialist to create and deliver technical solutions for security and live‑safety systems. You will work on projects involving CCTV, access control, intercoms and other safety technologies, turning client requirements into detailed design documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design security and safety system solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, PAVA, Entrance Control, IPBAX and Intercom.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and other CAD tools, including working and as‑built drawings.
• Conduct site surveys, sketch layouts and develop bills of quantities for designed solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to capture project requirements and constraints.
• Participate in client meetings, document minutes and manage project communications.
• Identify strategic improvements to design processes and stay current with industry trends and standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Urban Planning).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security‑system or related design work.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other CAD design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
