Digital Ads Specialist

About the role

Shop Marketing Pros is seeking a Digital Ads Specialist to drive measurable growth for automotive repair businesses. This is a full‑time, permanent remote position for Kenya‑based candidates, working Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm Central Time.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage ad campaigns on Google (including LSA) and Facebook.
• Write compelling ad copy and design creatives using Canva.
• Perform routine optimizations, keyword maintenance, and policy‑violation appeals.
• Set up tracking phone numbers in CallRail and monitor call performance.
• Develop and refine Facebook ad audiences and monitor agency analytics dashboards.
• Stay updated on GSA, LSA, and Facebook Ads best practices and industry trends.
• Contribute to SOP creation and process improvements.

Required profile

• Fully fluent English and based in Kenya.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to develop skills in market research, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and competitor analysis.
