Digital & E-commerce Assistant Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, the Digital & E‑commerce Assistant Manager will support the development and execution of digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives that drive direct revenue and enhance the hotel’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor campaigns across paid search, display, email, social media and remarketing platforms.
• Maintain the hotel website and booking engine, ensuring accurate content, brand compliance and timely promotional updates.
• Monitor website performance, user experience and online travel agency content to improve traffic, engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations and Corporate Marketing to optimise online merchandising and conversion.
• Produce regular performance reports, dashboards and insights on traffic, conversion, campaign ROI and online revenue.
• Support SEO initiatives, keyword optimisation and content improvement for organic visibility.
• Manage Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools, and assist with social media planning and reputation management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or hospitality marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a luxury hospitality environment.
