Dispatch & Logistics Assistant

About the role

The Dispatch & Logistics Assistant will ensure the smooth movement of finished branding and printing products from our production floor to clients across Nairobi and Kenya. You will work closely with drivers, courier partners and internal teams to guarantee timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch and delivery of finished products to clients within Nairobi and nationwide.
• Plan efficient delivery schedules and routes in collaboration with drivers and courier service providers.
• Verify that orders are complete, correctly packed, and accompanied by required delivery documentation before dispatch.
• Track deliveries, provide real‑time updates to customers and internal teams, and resolve any delivery‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch, delivery, and inventory movements.
• Prioritise urgent orders by liaising with production and sales teams to meet customer deadlines.
• Handle product handovers, delivery confirmations and ensure safe transportation of branding materials, promotional items, PPE and office stationery.
• Monitor vehicle utilisation, fuel logs and basic maintenance schedules where applicable.
• Support stock movement and warehouse organisation as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet coordination, warehousing or order fulfilment.
• Experience in branding, printing, manufacturing, retail or FMCG environments is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi road networks and major delivery routes.
• Reliable, organised and able to work under tight deadlines.
