Dry Store Manager

About the role

The Dry Store Manager will lead the central store department, ensuring that raw materials and services are delivered efficiently to the factory and other business units. This senior position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide leadership for the central store department.
• Ensure effective and efficient supply of raw materials and services to the factory and other departments.
• Supervise store staff, allocate responsibilities, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Work closely with Procurement to source raw materials efficiently.
• Promote a culture of ownership, responsibility and safe working practices.
• Maintain audit compliance for store and stock management.
• Identify training needs, develop plans and coach team members.
• Manage general administrative services, including equipment management.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with the quality team on product checks and releases.
• Produce periodic dry‑goods store management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Supply Chain.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a FMCG or similar manufacturing environment.
• Senior‑level experience (at least 60 months) in store or warehouse management.
