E-commerce S&CM Manager (CEWA)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce S&CM Manager to drive online sales performance for our brands in Kenya. You will act as the bridge between local brand teams and e‑commerce sales, ensuring that digital content, media plans and promotions are executed flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Enable e‑commerce sales teams to meet targets and increase online visibility.
• Define and roll out local "perfect store" online standards.
• Translate national brand plans into e‑commerce concepts and campaigns.
• Own retailer.com media planning, activation and ROI tracking.
• Develop e‑commerce‑specific promotions, packs and A+ content.
• Coordinate merchandise selection for pure‑player and multichannel accounts.
• Analyse product placement and shopper behaviour to optimise conversion and average order value.
• Report e‑commerce performance KPIs to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, online retail or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan e‑commerce landscape and online retail best practices.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with brand, media, agency and supply teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI reporting and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
