Ecosystem Program Manager – Nairobi

About the role

Bridge for Billions is seeking an Ecosystem Program Manager to lead incubation and entrepreneurship initiatives across its African partner network. Based in Nairobi, you will work closely with local ecosystem organisations (ESOs) to deliver high‑impact programs that support founders and mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Train and support incubation managers from partner ESOs on the Bridge platform and scouting processes.
• Oversee selection of entrepreneurs and mentors for each program, ensuring alignment with the Bridge methodology.
• Facilitate workshops, community events and mentorship sessions to drive incubation progress.
• Collaborate with ESOs to plan, execute and monitor program activities across multiple African countries.
• Provide ongoing guidance, reporting and feedback to improve program outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in business, project management, marketing, community building or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in program, project or operations management, preferably within startup ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of African entrepreneurship landscapes (Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda, Nigeria, etc.) and established local networks.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
