Electricals Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Electricals Field Sales Representative to drive our electrical product portfolio across Nairobi’s retail outlets. You will be the primary point of contact for electrical shops, building relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit retail electrical shops in Nairobi, focusing on the Westlands and Kamukunji areas.
• Promote and sell electrical products, achieving monthly sales targets.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with shop owners and managers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide product information and after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in electrical products or supplies.
• Existing network among retail electrical shops, especially in the Kamukunji area (advantageous).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, persistent and results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
