Fieldforce Team Leader (Kenya)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fieldforce Team Leader to coach and develop a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives across Kenya. The role focuses on driving fieldforce effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial performance while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives, conducting regular field accompaniment and coaching sessions.
• Ensure effective execution of detailing, merchandising, pharmacy activations and promotional activities, monitoring territory coverage and call effectiveness.
• Drive achievement of sales targets, monitor KPIs, analyse trends and implement action plans to close performance gaps.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers, facilitate educational events and gather market intelligence.
• Oversee timely and accurate reporting, CRM utilization, data quality and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors.
• Previous experience leading or coaching sales and field‑based teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional engagement and pharmacy operations.
