Finance Analyst – UDV

About the role

The Finance Analyst – UDV will support the Supply Chain Finance function by providing accurate cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting across manufacturing operations. You will work closely with department heads, engineers and the finance team to drive financial performance and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in supply‑chain planning activities, delivering budgets, long‑range plans, re‑forecasts and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Prepare and review cost‑center reports, conducting monthly cost‑center reviews with department heads.
• Track waste, repair and maintenance budgets weekly and lead corrective‑action discussions.
• Provide insights on cost drivers during monthly performance sessions and generate decision‑support reports.
• Review, analyse and interpret product costing, auditing post‑production data and updating cost models.
• Visit the factory floor regularly to understand production processes and communicate with operations teams.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives across the supply‑value chain and act as an internal consultant to foster teamwork.
• Assist non‑finance peers in enhancing their financial capability, leveraging SAP tools.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Head of Supply Finance.

Required profile

• Business‑related degree or equivalent (e.g., Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics).
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably within manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of production processes and supply‑chain finance.
