Finance and Projects Operations Manager

About the role

Genesis is seeking a Finance and Projects Operations Manager to join its Frontier Technologies practice. This hybrid, highly collaborative position blends consulting practice administration with operational oversight, supporting the delivery of digital public infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and technology governance projects across the Young World.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate finance and project operations for the Frontier Technologies practice.
• Support the planning, budgeting, and financial reporting of DPI, AI, and technology governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants, government partners, and private sector clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain operational processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project performance and delivering impact‑focused outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in finance or operations within a consulting or development context.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and with external partners.
