About the role

Join Ericsson's Customer Unit East & North Africa Business Control team as a Financial Analysis Graduate. This six‑month paid assignment offers hands‑on experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management within a global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting and target‑setting activities.
• Prepare management reporting and business performance analyses.
• Contribute to business simulations, cases and scenario analysis.
• Assist with reporting, analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support period‑end closing activities and financial performance reviews.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders across the Customer Unit.
• Help with internal and external audit activities as required.
• Participate in innovation, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recently graduated or in the early stages of a professional career.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in business performance, data and decision‑making.
• Comfortable working with numbers, analysis and problem‑solving.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Motivated to develop in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
