Financial Controller – Product Line

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Financial Controller for a key product line, based in Roebuck, South Carolina. Reporting to the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for the financial performance and cost discipline of the product line, supporting the company’s mission of sustainable progress.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product‑line profit and loss, driving profitability and disciplined cost control.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning to align with business objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Support accurate costing through bill‑of‑materials and routing time analysis and manage inventory processes for precise cost allocation.
• Ensure compliance, strong internal controls and provide financial insights for investment and CAPEX decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of finance or controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, forecasting and manufacturing costing.
• Experience with inventory processes and accurate financial reporting.
