Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst will support One Acre Fund’s monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, annual budgeting, and long‑term financial planning. The role involves building and maintaining financial models and leveraging Business Intelligence tools to provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain scalable, automated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning, ensuring data accuracy across tools such as Google Sheets, Planful, and the Data Warehouse.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly reporting process, develop the reporting calendar, schedule calls, and coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to deliver reports on time.
• Assist in preparing roll‑up files, updating projections, and continuously improving reporting workflows.
• Support the annual budgeting and five‑year projection process, manage data flow from templates to aggregated reports, and update planning files with actuals.
• Contribute to Board and lender packs, including GAAP financials, fixed‑asset plans, and due‑diligence items.
• Provide analytical support for strategic decisions through deep‑dive financial analysis, scenario modeling, and data visualization using BI tools.
• Upload and validate budgets across planning platforms and support ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
