About the role
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at Unique Brilliant Tours and Safari. This role supports daily administrative operations and helps maintain a welcoming, organized office environment. You will work closely with the administration department to ensure smooth front‑office activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, register and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Direct guests to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide basic administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient front office area.
- Assist the administration team with routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks.
