Front Office & Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Front Office & Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors at our Westlands office. You will combine excellent customer service with proactive sales activities to support the growth of our manufacturing and construction product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and attend to customers and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, emails, and customer requests.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Generate, follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into sales.
• Prepare quotations and assist with processing customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Coordinate customer orders with production, stores, and delivery teams.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, front office, customer service or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Confident, presentable, persuasive and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to digital marketing or social media marketing is an advantage.
• Experience in steel, construction, hardware, manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
