About the role

Join Schneider Electric’s 2027 Graduate Programme in Kenya and embark on a 24‑month, structured learning journey. You will rotate across business units, work on real projects, and develop technical, commercial and leadership capabilities while contributing to sustainable energy solutions.

• BEng or BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 2nd Class Upper Division academic average.
• Recent graduate (Class of 2026) or graduating within the next six months.
• Eligible to work in Kenya and available for on‑site work.
