About the role

JM Associates LLP is launching its 2027 Graduate Trainee Programme in Nairobi for recent graduates eager to start a career in consulting, audit, tax, finance or marketing. The programme offers a structured, hands‑on learning environment across multiple departments, allowing trainees to develop core professional skills while contributing to real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants and auditors in preparing financial statements, audit workpapers and tax filings.
• Support corporate finance and accounting teams with data analysis, reporting and client communications.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including content creation, social‑media management and graphic design tasks.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops and professional certification courses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality advisory services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Graduated within the last two years or awaiting graduation in 2026.
• Currently pursuing or completed a professional certification relevant to the chosen track.
• Strong interest in the specific specialization (audit, tax, finance, or marketing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or similar graphic‑design software.
