Graduate Trainee – Research & Data Analytics

About the role

As a Graduate Trainee in Research & Data Analytics you will support the planning, execution and analysis of research projects while gaining hands‑on experience with data analytics and AI‑powered tools. You will work alongside senior researchers and consultants to deliver insights that guide business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing research methodologies, questionnaires and data‑collection tools.
• Collect, clean, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to build datasets, dashboards and reports.
• Leverage AI tools for literature reviews, data synthesis and research workflows.
• Prepare research reports, presentations and actionable insights for clients.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with research standards.
• Collaborate with team members on client assignments and project deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Social Sciences or a related quantitative field.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical or data‑visualisation tools (advantageous).
