About the role
We are looking for an experienced Group General Manager to provide overall leadership and oversee business operations across multiple sites and channels. The role involves driving performance, managing resources and supporting the achievement of organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the business.
- Drive operational performance across multiple sites and business channels.
- Manage business performance and profitability.
- Support strategic planning and implementation.
- Coordinate teams and ensure effective use of resources.
- Monitor business results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15+ years of progressive general management experience.
- Experience managing multi‑site and multi‑channel operations.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and business management experience.
- Strong leadership, planning and decision‑making skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
