Group Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Group Procurement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing procurement activities across Adaptis International and its subsidiaries. The role ensures that purchasing processes are structured, cost‑effective, and aligned with operational needs while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle across all business units, from request review to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier network, handling onboarding, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts, engineering materials, and operational supplies to meet technical and project requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to align inventory levels with demand planning and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor procurement spend, ensure budget alignment, and identify cost‑saving opportunities through negotiations and efficient sourcing.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining proper documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Proven ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience in managing supplier performance, inventory coordination and cost control.
• Familiarity with procurement compliance and documentation requirements.
