About the role
This is a Group‑level leadership position reporting to the Group Director of Technology & Operations. You will shape and drive the security, investigations, intelligence and resilience agenda across all markets where the Group operates, safeguarding people, assets, customer trust, information and brand reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated enterprise security strategy, including physical security frameworks, governance standards and a multi‑year transformation roadmap.
- Set the strategic direction for protecting people, physical assets, customer trust, information and brand reputation.
- Lead response to complex incidents such as fraud, insider threats, geopolitical instability and crisis situations.
- Ensure the security agenda supports regulatory compliance, operational continuity and stakeholder confidence.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Diploma.
- Relevant experience in security leadership (mandatory).
