HORECA Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HORECA Sales Executive to drive the growth of our wine and spirits portfolio across Nairobi’s hotel, restaurant, bar and catering market. You will be the primary point of contact for hospitality clients, building relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their beverage needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new accounts within the HORECA segment while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and tastings to showcase our wine and spirits range.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Manage a defined sales territory, ensuring regular visits and timely follow‑up.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of proven experience in HORECA, FMCG, beverage, wine or spirits sales.
• Established network within Nairobi’s hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of hotel, restaurant, bar and catering operations.
• Ability to work independently, spend significant time in the field and meet sales targets.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
