About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Hostess to join our team at Accor in Nairobi’s Westlands district. The role involves greeting guests, providing information on food and beverage offerings, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting to guests.
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
