HR Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support day‑to‑day HR operations across our sites in Naivasha, Nakuru, Ruiru and Molo. You will help ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and compliance with Kenyan labour regulations while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support employee onboarding, induction and maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage attendance, leave administration and keep the employee database up to date.
• Prepare HR reports and aid performance‑management and employee‑engagement activities.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide general HR administrative support.
• Coordinate training activities and contribute to HR projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Kenyan labour laws.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of HR support experience (preferred).
• Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
