ICT Support & Hardware Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support ICT operations and hardware management within a dynamic real‑estate environment in Nairobi. The successful candidate will work alongside the IT team to gain practical experience in troubleshooting and maintaining technology assets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day ICT support tasks and hardware-related activities.
• Help diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by staff.
• Participate in inventory checks and basic hardware maintenance.
• Provide general assistance to ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Required profile

• Final‑year students, recent graduates, or continuing students seeking practical workplace experience.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent business qualification from a recognised institution (or currently undertaking).
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
• Submission of a detailed CV, cover letter indicating preferred department(s), academic transcripts and any relevant certificates.
