ICT Support Technician

About the role

Oshwal Academy, a private international school delivering the British curriculum, is seeking an ICT Support Technician to maintain and enhance its technology environment. The role combines technical support for hardware, software and networks with the delivery of IT‑related training to staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, projectors and other classroom technology.
• Provide first‑line IT support to teachers, students and administrative staff.
• Ensure reliable network connectivity and resolve connectivity issues.
• Assist with the setup and administration of educational testing platforms and exam software.
• Deliver IT training sessions and support the integration of technology into the British curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or B.Ed. in a relevant subject).
• At least four years of teaching experience, preferably within the British National Curriculum.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to conduct IT‑focused training.
