Inside Sales Manager

About the role

Wing Assistant is building AI‑enabled workforce solutions and needs a hands‑on Inside Sales Manager to own the follow‑up and mid‑funnel layer of its inbound sales engine. You will lead a team, strengthen processes, coach reps and ensure every qualified opportunity is managed with discipline and urgency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the inbound follow‑up team (SDRs and Sales Associates), conduct 1:1 coaching, hire as the team scales, and own the pairing model with Account Executives.
• Design, write and A/B test email, chat and SMS follow‑up sequences; track reply, re‑engagement and conversion metrics.
• Build and run no‑show recovery, demo rebooking and aged‑pipeline reactivation campaigns.
• Oversee channel‑partner lead handling, set ownership and reporting standards, and evaluate partner performance.
• Review recorded calls with a sales scorecard, maintain monthly call‑review coverage, and coach Account Executives on discovery, objection handling and urgency.
• Own the sales knowledge base and AI sales chat assistant content, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in inside sales, sales development or revenue operations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team.
• Proven track record improving follow‑up, pipeline conversion, show‑rates or sales‑cycle performance.
• Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management and mid‑funnel conversion.
• Ability to diagnose funnel problems with data, set targets and manage performance.
• Willingness to work Pacific Time hours.

Required skills

• HubSpot or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Hands‑on experience building email, chat and SMS sequencing.
• Data analysis for funnel diagnostics.
• CRM discipline and hygiene.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled sales tools and conversation intelligence.

What we offer

• Salary range PHP 90,000 – PHP 110,000 per month, plus on‑target earnings.
• Schedule aligned with Pacific Time hours.
