Internal Account Manager – Cybersecurity Distribution

About the role

The Internal Account Manager provides operational and partner support for Exclusive Networks' cybersecurity distribution business. Acting as the main liaison between channel partners and internal teams, the role ensures inquiries, quotations, order processing and post‑order activities are handled efficiently and in line with service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned channel partners, delivering professional and timely communication.
• Respond to partner inquiries within a two‑hour SLA, maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare, validate and issue accurate pricing quotations according to approved commercial frameworks.
• Manage order placement, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, stock availability and estimated delivery timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including opportunities, activities and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales support or a similar role.
• Experience in IT distribution, channel sales or vendor management is a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vendor products and processes.
• Experience working with SAP is advantageous.
• Strong listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.
