iPOS Field Sales Agent – Bomet

About the role

The iPOS Field Sales Agent will be responsible for onboarding, training and supporting customers of the iPOS mobile point‑of‑sale platform in the Bomet area. You will act as the primary contact for new and existing users, ensuring smooth implementation and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential iPOS customers within the assigned geographic area.
• Explain iPOS benefits, encourage subscriptions and accurately profile new customers.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build a strong customer pipeline and upsell related products.
• Set up the iPOS platform on customer devices, provide hands‑on training and ongoing support.
• Conduct regular field visits to maintain accounts, address technical issues and ensure high retention.
• Document activities, progress and challenges in clear reports.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 2 years) in sales or field service.
• Proven ability to engage customers, understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the Bomet region for onsite visits.

Required skills

• Experience with mobile POS platforms or similar software.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot POS applications on devices.
• Basic technical troubleshooting and problem‑resolution skills.
