IT Assistant and Website Developer

About the role

The company seeks a proactive IT Assistant who will also manage and enhance its corporate website. This dual role combines everyday technical support for staff with the development, maintenance, and optimisation of the online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, operating systems and business applications.
• Manage company networks, internet connectivity, email systems and user accounts.
• Develop, update and optimise the corporate website, including content, images, forms and digital assets.
• Troubleshoot website errors, broken links, bugs and ensure responsive, SEO‑friendly performance.
• Handle website hosting, domain registration, backups and basic security measures.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system changes and website updates.
• Assist with data backup, recovery, cybersecurity procedures and overall IT security.
• Provide guidance and basic training to employees on IT tools and applications.
• Liaise with external vendors for specialised technical support when required.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of experience in IT support and website development.
