IT Infrastructure Lead

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to own the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of its physical data centre and on‑premise network. You will ensure high availability and performance of critical infrastructure while shaping the long‑term strategy for a fast‑scaling, mission‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the physical data centre and on‑premise network.
• Guarantee high availability and optimal performance of all on‑premise systems.
• Approve major maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Govern corporate domain portfolio, DNS, and certificate security (DNSSEC, DMARC).
• Provide infrastructure support for SaaS applications and manage vendor SLAs.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, defining and testing RTO/RPO targets.
• Manage the infrastructure budget and lead a small technical team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading infrastructure teams in a data‑centre or network environment.
• Strong budgeting and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Ability to define and enforce domain, DNS, and security policies.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks.
