IT Manager

About the role

BRAC International is seeking an experienced IT Manager to align technology strategy with business needs across its Kenya operations. The role will lead the IT team, oversee critical systems, and ensure seamless digital support for programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain IT service management for country office and field operations, adhering to industry standards.
• Provide technical support for online and digital data collection systems, ensuring alignment with central BI data platforms.
• Collaborate with BRAC International’s global Technology Team to implement global standards.
• Identify new IT requirements, prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Lead rollout of ERP, BInsight, sbiCloud, system upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure cost‑effective implementation.
• Generate dynamic reports and dashboards for internal and donor stakeholders.

Required profile

• Competent, dynamic and self‑motivated professional with proven leadership of IT teams.
• Experience in managing critical enterprise applications in a non‑profit or development context.
• Strong ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
