IT Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide second‑line technical assistance and manage core systems administration. The position is fully remote and supports a diverse user base across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets that first‑line help desk cannot close.
• Administer SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Okta.
• Manage the device fleet, including provisioning, mobile device management, and lifecycle handling.
• Implement and maintain identity, access, and basic security controls.
• Document procedures, improve runbooks, and collaborate with security and engineering teams on system enhancements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and major SaaS applications.
• Experience with MDM tools and identity providers.
• Working understanding of networking, DNS, and basic security principles.
• Ability to script in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
