Junior Sales Executive (Interior Design)

About the role

Kaziweza Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to drive the sales of custom furniture solutions within the interior design sector. You will work closely with residential and commercial clients, translating their needs into design‑forward proposals while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of custom furniture by understanding client needs and creating design‑focused proposals.
• Lead consultations with residential and commercial clients, advising on styles, finishes, and layouts.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, design expos, and client events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• 2‑3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury goods.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.
• Passion for design, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
