Learning Specialist – 2‑Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

Join a remote team that powers the 2‑Hour Learning engine, helping K‑8 students master content in just two focused hours each day. You will turn AI‑generated performance data into real‑time interventions, coach students live, and design next‑generation AI tools that accelerate learning.

Key responsibilities

• Produce precise academic data reports and conduct systematic analysis to surface issues, flag anomalies, and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response “rescue” calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to resolve blockers and keep learners motivated.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps and content while designing AI/LLM prototypes to innovate learning strategies.
• Sync with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coaching, training, or instruction.
• Minimum 1 year of direct, recurring one‑to‑one or small‑group support for K‑8 students focused on learning habits, motivation, or executive‑function routines.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, including lookups and filters.
