About the role

Our client, a leading provider of premium lifestyle services in Kenya, is seeking a Lifestyle Executive to act as a trusted advisor for an exclusive member portfolio. The role involves curating personalized travel, dining, wellness and family experiences while ensuring the highest standards of discretion and service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of members, delivering tailored lifestyle solutions and acting as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate concierge services such as travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, event tickets, wellness programs, shopping and family needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date member profiles and relationship histories to anticipate future requests.
• Collaborate with premium supplier partners to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
• Support membership retention, referrals and upgrades through proactive engagement.
• Continuously monitor and improve service standards to enhance overall member satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, relationship management or a comparable premium‑service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of discretion.
• Proven problem‑solving, decision‑making and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
