Live Commerce Host

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Live Commerce Host to showcase products during live‑streaming sessions. You will follow a structured presentation format, engage directly with viewers, and help drive sales through compelling on‑camera delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Present products live, following the Hook → Demo → Close format.
• Interact with the audience in real time, answering questions and maintaining high energy.
• Rotate between opening, demonstration, and closing segments during each broadcast.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Collaborate closely with production and data teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (US or European preferred).
• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence presenting to an audience.
• Reliability, punctuality, and disciplined work habits.
• Ability to learn new products and platforms quickly.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as sales, hospitality, media, or customer service.
• Additional language skills in French or Arabic are a plus.

• Monthly salary of KES 15,000 – 30,000.
• Performance bonus up to KES 70,000.
