Logistics Planning & Documentation Operator (CAD/CAM – GLC)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Planning & Documentation Operator to support our Westlands office in Nairobi. The role combines stock management, customs processing and system administration to ensure smooth flow of goods and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Upload chassis data to TALO/CFAO and create SAP purchase orders, receive goods and process invoices.
• Conduct monthly stock takes, audit CFAO stocks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process customs duty payments, validate agent declarations and prepare payment requests following finance formats.
• Handle inbound invoices (port, warehouse, accessory, transport, ANT) and verify them against tariff cards or LPOs.
• Track inventory movements using the ANT Yard Management System and align logistics planning with CFAO sales and operations.
• Manage and archive all logistics documents in SPOT, EDOC and other approved systems.
• Act as a super‑user for onsite systems such as Yard Management, Synertrade, TALO and ANATA, supporting deployment and ongoing use.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in stock handling, customs documentation or similar logistics roles.
• Familiarity with CFAO processes and sales operations.
