Maintenance and Project Manager

About the role

The Maintenance and Project Manager will lead the maintenance strategy and project execution for Mini Group’s milling facilities across regional branches. This senior role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and aligns maintenance activities with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and cascade a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with functional and departmental goals.
• Create, update, and enforce policies, SOPs, SLAs, and procedures to meet legislative and internal control requirements.
• Oversee tool and resource planning for maintenance teams across all regional sites.
• Manage spare‑part inventories to guarantee availability for breakdowns or preventive work.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with equipment suppliers to reduce equipment downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating international best practices and changing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience leading maintenance and project management in a well‑established milling organization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and people‑management abilities.
