Marketing & Digital Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Digital Executive will support the General Manager and Regional Marketing Director in delivering day‑to‑day marketing activities for the Serena brand. Based in Nairobi, you will work closely with the Serena Beach Resort in Mombasa to drive both B2B and B2C campaigns, strengthen partnerships and enhance the hotel’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and promotional strategies aligned with the Group Marketing Strategy.
• Network with B2B partners to gather insights, create new opportunities and support the sales team.
• Coordinate with advertising and graphic designers to ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines.
• Manage relationships with B2C clients and partners, delivering brand communications to chambers of commerce and corporate societies.
• Monitor competition and industry trends to identify growth and partnership opportunities.
• Activate and manage digital and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and collaborate with F&B, Rooms and Spa teams to build content calendars and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in an advertising agency.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
