Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the brand strategy for Eezy Track across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Zambia. Reporting to the General Manager, the role combines strategic planning, media buying and team leadership to drive revenue growth and brand distinction in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain brand custody and consistency across all markets, media platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and content that support sales growth and brand awareness.
• Monitor brand sentiment, identify risks and opportunities, and provide market‑specific insights.
• Manage media buying to ensure value for money, optimal reach and KPI achievement.
• Oversee community management on digital platforms, ensuring consistent engagement.
• Maintain integrated marketing calendars (internal, external, SEO, communications) aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, supporting performance and succession planning.
• Manage execution of internal and external campaigns, including production and distribution of collateral.
• Supervise key brand touchpoints such as websites, intranet and social media platforms.
• Control marketing budgets across all countries, ensuring cost efficiency and KPI delivery.
• Track and evaluate marketing performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a marketing team and manage cross‑border brand initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with regional stakeholders.
