About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that support the organization’s objectives. This role oversees advertising, promotional activities, and the coordination of the marketing team to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
• Conduct market research to identify requirements for existing and future products.
• Analyze customer insights, market conditions, and competitor information.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Expand and maintain marketing platforms, including social media channels.
• Monitor productivity of marketing initiatives and report on results.
• Determine, manage, and allocate the marketing budget.
• Report on ROI and key performance metrics.
• Develop pricing strategies and create marketing presentations.
• Liaise with media, advertising partners, and collaborate with the sales function.
• Monitor industry best practices.

Required profile

• Business or marketing‑related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Technical marketing expertise and experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge.
• Digital marketing experience and familiarity with marketing software applications.
