Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that support DHIIN DHIIN's growth objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee branding, digital campaigns, and market research to drive product visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead branding and promotional activities for the product portfolio.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor actions.
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Manage advertising campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce management reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing team while ensuring brand consistency.
• Identify new business and market expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
