Marketing & Sales Executive – Refueling Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our refueling equipment, fuel management systems, and related accessories. You will work closely with existing and prospective customers in Nairobi and beyond, building strong relationships and gathering market intelligence to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell refueling equipment, fuel management systems, and accessories.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to build relationships and collect market intelligence.
• Identify and develop new customers and target markets.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement monthly sales strategies and action plans to meet targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience in mechanical, engineering, energy, petroleum, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
