Marketing Specialist – Illusion Drips

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for Illusion Drips. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to expand our market presence in the FMCG and water treatment sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and independent stockists.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional events and field engagements.
• Pitch to local shops and distributors to secure new accounts and expand the route‑to‑market.
• Monitor competitor price changes, new packaging sizes and bundle offers, and respond quickly to market reactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, water bottling or industrial water‑treatment sectors.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns.
