Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive brand visibility and customer engagement for Connect Coffee across digital and physical channels. Working from our Westlands office, you will create compelling content, manage social media, and support promotional campaigns that boost foot traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content on all social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Track engagement metrics, analyse performance data and optimise content effectiveness.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital channels.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal offers.
• Prepare reports on campaign reach, engagement and results.
• Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, newsletters, digital banners and promotional content.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high‑quality visual and video assets.
• Research customer preferences, market trends and competitor activities.
• Support the planning and execution of events, activations and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management or brand communications.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage or retail is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑platform social media accounts and marketing campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and content scheduling tools.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
