Mid-Level Solidity Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Solidity Engineer to design, develop and maintain secure, scalable smart contracts that form the core of our protocol’s infrastructure. You will work with a cross‑functional technical team to deliver blockchain solutions across multiple EVM‑compatible networks, supporting DeFi, AI‑enhanced features and real‑world asset tokenisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain production‑ready Solidity smart contracts.
• Architect and implement smart‑contract solutions for a multi‑chain protocol (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, etc.).
• Deploy contracts on 7+ EVM‑compatible networks and contribute to omnichain infrastructure.
• Build hybrid‑collateralised stablecoin and RWA tokenisation components.
• Integrate AI‑driven mechanisms such as dynamic interest rates and on‑chain risk assessment.
• Perform testing, debugging and optimisation of smart contracts.
• Collaborate with security auditors (e.g., CertiK, Hacken) to ensure high security standards.
• Participate in technical discussions on protocol architecture and future product development.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on blockchain development.
• Hands‑on experience writing Solidity for production environments.
• Deep understanding of EVM‑based networks and Web3 architecture.
• Proven track record delivering DeFi or tokenisation projects.
