Mobility Solutions Specialist I

About the role

The Mobility Solutions Specialist I will support expatriates and their families throughout the entire assignment lifecycle. Working within Teleperformance’s Nairobi office, you will assist with housing, relocation logistics, data management and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth and compliant mobility processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic guidance to expatriates and families, answering common questions and escalating complex issues.
• Coordinate housing searches, moving services and shipment logistics by liaising with vendors and tracking progress.
• Maintain accurate records of mobility cases, expenses and compliance documents; assist in report preparation and data tracking.
• Support site‑visit arrangements, including invitation letters, travel logistics and accommodation.
• Communicate with internal HR, finance and operations teams to align mobility activities.
• Assist with repatriation documentation and coordination of return logistics.
• Keep relocating employees and relevant departments updated, escalating issues when necessary.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and help gather data for program reviews.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Business, Communications or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to the challenges faced by relocating employees and families.
• Basic problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with employees, vendors and authorities.
• Team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of Kenyan immigration laws, labour regulations and tax implications for expatriate assignments.
